Meet in a room,
not in a grid of faces.
RAIN VR Meet seats everyone together in a 3D room: round a meeting table, in a conference hall, a congregation, a cinema or an exhibition. You hear each person from where they sit, see what is on the big screen and look around as if you were there. On a laptop, a phone or a VR headset.
Free for meetings of up to 50 people. Guests join with just their name.

Everything a gathering needs
Invite anyoneSend invitations, or share one link and a QR code. People without an account come in as guests with just their name.
Sound from where people sitVoices come from the left, the right or the front, so a room of people is easy to follow. Headphones give the best sound.
Cameras, or avatarsShow your face, or an avatar that copies your face without showing you. The host can keep real cameras for presenters only.
Watch togetherPlay a YouTube video or your own film on the big screen. The host plays and pauses it for everyone at once.
Present and writeShare a screen on the big screen, bring someone up to speak, and write on the board from a tablet or phone.
Big roomsFrom a table of six to a hall of 3000. In big rooms microphones start muted and people raise a hand to speak.
Questions, polls and quizzesPeople ask and vote questions up. Run polls and timed quizzes with a leaderboard, and put the results on the big screen.
Minutes, written for youAI minutes record the room and write the summary, decisions and actions. Or name a minute-taker to write shared notes.
Exhibition standsGive every exhibitor a stand with a sign. Visitors walk between them and talk to whoever is there.
VR headset viewLook around with a headset, or slot a phone into a VR viewer while your laptop keeps the sound.
