What the fee covers
The speech or contribution, with presentation slides.
Live demonstrations and exhibitions are not included — they are quoted separately and need proper arrangements for support staff and logistics.
To confirm a booking
Payment in full at least 14 days before the event secures the appointment.
The full agenda and speaking schedule must reach us at least 3 days before the event.
A protocol officer from your side is attached to our speaker throughout, from arrival to departure.
Fees for confirmed schedules are not refundable.
